• There is always a risk of bans, locks, or removal of gold by Jagex.
• We are not responsible for any consequences related to buying or selling OSRS gold, including bans, rollbacks, or account penalties.

3. Account Security

We are not responsible for any account hacks, security breaches, or loss of access to your RuneScape account at any time.

4. Trade Confirmation

Once you confirm the trade in the in-game trade screen, it is considered a complete and final delivery. No refunds or reversals will be provided after confirmation.

5. KYC & Payment Processor Compliance

We may request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for certain transactions to comply with fraud prevention policies and payment processor requirements. We are bound by the terms of our payment processors.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is filed, we will first attempt to resolve the situation amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible:

• The user may be permanently banned from using our services.
• Legal action may be pursued depending on the severity of the case.
• We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to the appropriate authorities.
